Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days after we receive and approve your artwork. Large orders or special projects may require additional time, and we will let you know before printing.

We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF and PDF files. For the best results, we recommend 150–300 dpi at final size and CMYK color mode.

Yes. If we find any issues with your file (size, resolution, margins, etc.), we’ll contact you before printing to suggest adjustments.

If there is a printing error or damage caused during production or shipping, we’ll review the case and, if confirmed, reprint or replace the affected items. Custom printed products cannot be refunded for design or spelling errors that were approved in the artwork.
